Currently, Mendocino Naturals only ships within the 50 United States and Canada, and will ship via USPS or UPS unless other arrangements are made. If you live in Ukiah, CA or surrounding areas and would like the walk-in option, we can arrange to meet in Ukiah for order pickup to avoid shipping and handling charges. Signature confirmation is possible by request (simply type "signature confirmation" in the comment section of your order) and is suggested for larger orders & orders to apartment buildings, businesses or unsecured areas. Orders are sent with a delivery confirmation to the address provided and Mendocino Naturals will not take responsibility for orders lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. Lost package claims must be received within 30 days to ensure a postal investigation.
Return Policy
Items may be returned on any unused product with tags intact (with the exception of socks, underwear and body care products) within 15 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges whether returned or exchanged. Returns received after 15 days of delivery are subject to refusal, or at the least will be charged a 25% restock fee. We will sincerely appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges because some of the inventory we order is in very limited supply and orders can only be made on a bi-annual basis. Exchange Policy
Items may be exchanged once, unused with all tags intact, within 15 days of delivery for another size or product. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. No restock fee will be charged for exchanges.
